Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trial

The ₹1 Trial Pass is a one-time charge to verify your payment method. It is non-refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the 14-day trial ends — you will not be charged the renewal amount.

Monthly subscription

Monthly subscription charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. If you cancel mid-cycle, you continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

How to cancel

Open the app and go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Mistaken or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error or your card was used without your authorization, contact us within 7 days of the charge at billing@pocketdramas.app with your transaction reference. We review each case individually and issue a refund where appropriate.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank/PSP's processing time.
